4Deposits & Payment Methods

5Withdrawal of Winnings

• Minimum withdrawal: RM 50 for standard withdrawal methods.
• Daily withdrawal limit: RM 30,000 for standard accounts; higher limits available for VIP members.
• KYC verification: First withdrawal requires successful identity verification. This is a standard industry procedure to prevent fraud.
• Withdrawal method: Must use the same method as deposit for security purposes. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Bonus balance: Only your cash balance (not bonus funds that have not met rollover requirements) may be withdrawn. Check your rollover status in your account dashboard.

6Bonus & Promotion Policy

9Termination & Account Closure

You may close your raja365 account at any time by contacting our customer support. Before closure, ensure all active bonus rollover requirements have been met and any remaining cash balance has been withdrawn.

Raja365 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account for the following reasons, without the need to provide detailed explanation:

• Violation of any provision in these Terms.
• Failure to comply with KYC verification requests within the specified timeframe.
• Allegations or confirmation of fraud or illegal activity.
• Instructions from regulatory authorities or law enforcement.
• Technical or business requirements that necessitate platform closure in certain regions.

10Liability Limits

Raja365 strives to ensure 24/7 platform availability, however we cannot guarantee the platform is completely free from disruptions. Any unintentional technical interruptions, data loss due to natural disasters, or third-party system failures are beyond our control.

Raja365's liability to you under any circumstances will not exceed the amount you deposited within 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim. raja365 is not responsible for any indirect loss, loss of profit, or other losses arising from the use or inability to use our platform.

11Responsible Gaming
